Introduction:
The result of the live surgery performed by Dr. Martin Tomecek
on the 13th of October in Prague, Czech Republic,

A patient extracted fractured tooth #13 and after 4 months, inserted final crown of screw-retained prosthesis.
Treatment plan:
#13 tooth extraction and immediate implant placement
The socket healing thanks to Easy Temporary Abutment
4 months healing period for osseointegration


Pre-op
Tooth 13 failure due to root fracture

Positive gingival anatomy will be kept during the socket healing thanks to Easy Temporary Abutment

During the period of 4 months of healing, only a slight approx. 1mm gingival zenith recession appeared.
Both mesial and distal papillae are stable thanks to Easy Temporary Abutment.




After 4 months of healing the implant is ready for prosthetic loading

Emergence profile corresponding with the shape of Easy Temporary Abutment and gingival anatomy

In this case, Lithium disilicate monolithic crown with stains and glaze was used.
